  LUNA is the dynamic web based front end to Insight collectionss. With LUNA, users can perform simple keyword searches as well as more complex structured queries, and control how they view, browse, and organize their results to create Media Groups and presentations. LUNA includes the Web 2.o tools end users are demanding which enable them to save and share their work by linking and embedding any view, image, group, or presentation. All this and more in a browser!


• Java Client
  The Insight Java Client offers another way of viewing your institutional and personal content through a downloadable client. The Java Client also provides alternative collection building tools with Personal Insight® and the ability to create Virtual Collections— a subset of content with different access levels.

COLLECTION BUILDING: A solid foundation.

• Insight Studio
  Insight Studio makes collection building quick and easy. Select from the templates provided, or build your own. Custom templates can also be shared with the Insight Community. Batch process media and create derivative image formats including JPEG2000. Share Studio throughout your institution for distributed collection building.


• Inscribe™
  Inscribe offers superior media display tools for cataloging directly from the digital image and for linking images with data records. Inscribe’s customizable data entry forms can support a wide range of cataloging requirements and metadata schemas, and provides productivity tools like support for optional vocabularies.


• Personal Insight®
  Built into the Insight Java Client, Personal Insight revolutionizes how digital libraries are being built and used. With Personal Insight, users can now catalog and build their own personal collections.With simple drag and drop functionality and step by step instructions, Personal Insight makes collection building a snap.
